Release Notes for the CSC EMU Muon Port Card MPC2004 firmware

Version October 8, 2008 (10/08/2008)

Production version for all EMU MPC2004 boards

Based on version of October 27, 2006 with the following change:
- when the LCT0 and LCT1 from the same TMB have equal "quality" 
values, the LCT0 will have the precedence over LCT1. 
All previous versions of firmware implement the opposite scheme, 
when the LCT1 had a precedence over LCT0.
